Opal

These one-of-a-kind earrings combine natural materials, gemstones, and hand-painted details in an expressive sculptural design. Walnut shells form the centerpiece of each earring, individually finished with metallic gold and black acrylic paint and accented with amber, green jade, freshwater pearls, and black beads.
One earring reveals the interior of the walnut shell with a suspended rectangular green jade stone, while its companion presents a richly embellished exterior featuring an amber stone and pearl accent. Delicate gold-filled ear wires and chains add warmth and movement, while sterling-silver headpins provide the structural connections.
Intentionally individual rather than perfectly symmetrical, each earring carries its own handcrafted composition.
