“Pharaoh Princess”

Acrylic work inspired by the imagery, colors, and symbols of ancient Egypt. A female figure stands at the center of the composition holding an ankh, surrounded by warm earth tones, gold, turquoise, and deep black.

I created the figure as my own interpretation of an Egyptian queen, combining historical influences with imagined details and a contemporary use of color. The ankh and elements of her clothing and headdress connect the figure to the symbolism and visual character of ancient Egypt.
